It is my belief that reality is best served with a dose of magic. To that end, I write historical fantasy with a touch of magic. I work to create plausible characters in realistic settings and then send them through time or mystical realms.

Writing is tangible dreaming, documented thought. You can count the pages and see the progress of your ideas, both the good and bad. At times this is satisfying, possibly even fulfilling... but most often it is maddening -- the eternal search for the right word and knowing all along it just might be out of reach. But oh, how I love it.... Remind me I said that when I want to burn a draft.
